Position Postdoctoral Researcher at INAF-Osservatorio di Padova

Research Interests

Research activities in the photogrammetric field: image processing, matching tecniques and generation of Digital Terrain Models (DTM). Experience working with close range photogrammetry, topographic surveys, laser scanning technology and planetary mapping. Ability to work with multiple commercial photogrammetric software (Ames Stereo Pipeline, Socet Set, PhotoModeler) and contributions in the improvements of self-developed photogrammetric tools. Continues to work with the reconstruction of planetary surfaces from high resolution images (HiRISE, LROC-NAC) and on the calibration of the Stereo Camera STC for the BepiColombo mission to Mercury.
